Kumbla Sub District Kerala School KalolsavamINSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ENTRY OF PARTICIPANTS

Kumbla Sub District Kerala School Kalolsavam(2016-17) is to be held at GOVT. HSS ADOOR from November 29 to December 3, 2016. The Participants Data Entry has to be done online in the website www.schoolkalolsavam.in. Login with sampoorna user name and password, then register participants, verify and confirm. Before pressing 'CONFIRM' button the correctness of the entry must be ensured, after which no correction is possible at any circumstances. The Last Date for online data entry is 15.11.2016, Tuesday, 5 pm. The printout of the confirmed entry duly signed by the concerned Headmaster should reach the Convener. Otherwise the entry will not be considered. PRINTOUT IS MANDATORY. Data entry has to be done in accordance with the Kerala School Kalolsavam Manual(Please see above) and the subsequent amendments in this regard. CORRECTIONS, ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS ARE NOT POSSIBLE AFTER THE LAST DATE. REQUESTS IN THIS REGARD WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. So please take utmost care during data entry. For the following Kannada Items, entry form has to be prepared manually(Please see above) and submit the same as above. Kannada Items are not included in the item limit. For example in LP Section One school can register for 9 single items and 2 Group items. In addition to these items they can also register for 4 Kannada items using manual entry form, provided they have Kannada medium. One student can register for a maximum of 3 individual and 2 Group items in General Kalolsavam and also for 3 individual items in Kannada Kalolsavam.
